The Soleil 6 is a luxury travel design company operating from India and London. This policy explains what we do with the information you give us through thesoleil6.com.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect only what you choose to tell us:
- Your name and email address (required to reply to you)
- Your WhatsApp number, if you provide it
- Travel details — destination, dates, duration, number of travellers, budget range, and any notes you add
We also collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics through Vercel Web Analytics. This does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and design your journey
- To make reservations on your behalf with hotels, airlines, guides and operators
- To stay in touch about your booking before, during and after you travel
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary with the travel suppliers involved in your journey — for example a hotel needs your name and arrival date. We also use service providers to run this website and our email, including Vercel (hosting) and Resend (email delivery). WhatsApp messages you send us are handled under Meta's own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to serve you, and for our own record-keeping and legal obligations afterwards. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Write to ananya@thesoleil6.com and we will respond promptly.
